AMTEL Sibir Tire Plant ? This plant is Eastern Siberia?s only producer of car and aviation tires, and Russia?s only producer of oversize industrial vehicle tires. A reorganization in 2001 led to ongoing production increases of car and light truck tires; current modernization of oversized and aviation tire production lines is nearing completion and will allow the plant to increase its ability to produce a broader range of tires. The plant was the first in Russia to begin producing 21.00-35 oversized tubeless tires for haulers with payloads of up to 45 tons. Sales to military and industrial clients are increasing, and production of pressure-regulated tires for special military vehicles is planned for the future.
AMTEL Sibir became part of AMTEL in 2001.

Rosava Joint Venture ? AMTEL established the Rosava joint venture in 1999 at the Belaya Tserkov Tire Plant. Today it is one of Ukraine?s largest industrial enterprises, producing 5.8 million tires annually. Rosava tires are in demand in Russia and Ukraine and come standard on cars manufactured by AvtoVAZ, AvtoZAZ-Daewoo, KrAZ, LuAZ and others. New equipment from firms like KRUPP, PIRELLI, HODOS and the use of contemporary materials ensure high quality products from Rosava.
